Play area following the ROSPA report it was noted that the gateway, fencing and top bar of the tyre swing all needed attention.
The Common car park this should be locked occasionally to prevent possible troublemakers using it as a base.
Kings Pool all councillors felt that the Green Gym had done an excellent job and should be thanked. A donation of £50 would be sent.
RAF Theresa Redgewell had made contact with Flt Lt Russ Smith at RAF Benson and they were drawing up terms to clarify what is acceptable with regard to aircraft over-flying the village.
The Common Council wanted to consider the future plans for The Common and a sub-committee is to be formed which will also include non-councillors.

Reading Room a proposal to tile the roof was put forward in order to save money constantly re-thatching. Councillors discussed this and will ask SODC for their opinion.
Pavilion this needs painting both internally and externally by next spring.
Loose chipping signs Oxfordshire County Council would be asked to remove these signs as they have now served their purpose.
Correspondence many letters had been received supporting the re-thatching of the Reading Room.
Flat roof quotes these range from £2,756+ to £4,188+, the costs may be more if the roof needs redecking.
Sewage Thames Water will be contacted requesting a survey of the present sewage system throughout the village following numerous overspills.
Ewelme Church Council was asked to support the church in informing residents about possible forthcoming changes when required.
Watercress Beds as some important issues were being discussed concerning a new management plan for the beds, it was requested that the beds become an agenda item in the future.
